This Privacy Policy explains how Marius Kroon, trading as Fluxora, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Fluxora platform at fluxaris.net. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection law.

We do not collect payment information, passport or identity numbers, or any sensitive personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

04 Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of third-party services:

Google Analytics — website analytics (EU/EEA where possible). Google’s privacy policy
Amazon Web Services (EU-West-1, Ireland) — hosting infrastructure. Your data is stored on servers located in Ireland within the EU.

No other third parties receive your personal data.

05 How Long We Keep Your Data

06 Your Rights Under GDPR

Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

07 Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure website traffic. These are analytics cookies only — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

08 Security

Your data is stored on servers located in Ireland (AWS EU-West-1). Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email where possible. The current version is always available at fluxaris.net/privacy.
