Fluxora collects, normalises, and serves publicly available European electricity market data, including day-ahead prices, generation by fuel type, load, and cross-border physical flows. Data is sourced from ENTSO-E, Elia, SMARD, NED, Elexon, and other public sources.
The Service is currently in private beta. Features, data coverage, and availability may change without notice.
Access to the Service requires an API key issued by Fluxora. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. You must not share your API key with third parties or use it to provide a commercial data redistribution service.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, with or without cause, particularly during the beta period.

The Service aggregates data from third-party public sources. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that data is complete, accurate, up-to-date, or fit for any particular purpose.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability, particularly during the beta period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluxora and Marius Kroon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data errors, service interruptions, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
All software, infrastructure, normalisation logic, and presentation of data within the Service is the intellectual property of Fluxora. The underlying raw data remains subject to the terms of the original upstream providers as described in the Data Licence.
We collect your email address for beta waitlist and access management purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties. API usage is logged for operational and security purposes. We comply with applicable Dutch and EU data protection law (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
